By getting feedback directly from you we will be able to take the guesswork out of “what do our clients need or want?” and know straight from you what are your needs and wants from our platform.
We want to be open and transparent with you. We are always open to hearing your feedback and suggestions and love to hear them. We have already been eagerly listening to the great feedback and suggestions you give us but we needed a better, more efficient system. That’s why we’ve made it easier for you to help us help you.
We’ve launched a new feedback dashboard where Sprwt users can submit feedback and suggestions. Not only that but Sprwt users are also able to see suggestions submitted by other clients. You can upvote other clients’ feedback and suggestions which will allow us to not only see your feedback and suggestions but also which suggestions are popular.
This will give us a crystal clear picture of what to build and incorporate into your Sprwt system. You can also view our development roadmap and see what we’re currently working on. This is so that we can be more open and transparent with you. Oh, and one more thing, you will also be able to view the Sprwt changelog which shows you what exactly we put in the weekly updates.
