At the end of the day, we believe that transparency and frequent communication is paramount to a seamless onboarding process. We not only initiate extensive training both before and after you sign on with Sprwt, but we also ensure that a team representative is always available to answer any of your questions. Through one or multiple demos, our sales representatives demonstrate the ins and outs of the Sprwt software to every client prior to signing an agreement. That way, once you’ve signed on with us, you already have a thorough idea of how the software works.
The moment you sign on with us, we send you a clear and exhaustive checklist of everything you need to do, beginning by scheduling an onboarding session with our customer success team. You’ll be placed with one of our trustworthy agents who will establish a timeline to “go live.”
So what’s the onboarding timeline?
In our onboarding sessions, we walk you through each and every module, including configuration, delivery settings, and our extensive kitchen module. We’ll explain exactly how to put together your meals and menus, specify what meal packs you want available to your customers, and add weekly subscription plans. We’ll look in depth at your admin dashboard, and teach you how to access and interpret your cooking and fulfillment reports. But let’s get down to the specific timeline.
- In the first onboarding call, we spend an hour demonstrating setup and recipes. This entails setting up delivery settings, business settings, crucial business, marketing and custom order configurations. For recipes, we help you create ingredients and sub-recipes to display in meals and in order to create useful cooking reports.
After the first call, our clients are free to spend as much time as they want uploading recipes, or can even simply input their meal names and launch, adding recipes as they go.
- The purpose of the next onboarding call is for us to explain sets and for you to think about how you want to differentiate your subscriptions. as well as any other questions you might have. You’ll create weekly subscription groups as well as meal packs.
- Finally, once all of the meal packs and plans are set up, we have a final onboarding call where we train you on how to manage the dashboard, customer orders, and reports to prepare for launch!

The idea behind our methodical onboarding process is that we don’t want to throw too much information at you at once. Instead, we train you piecemeal, and always leave time for any questions or extra assistance you might need. And, by allowing you to work on specific implementation tasks, like uploading recipes, in between our onboarding calls, we give you a strategic taste of the Sprwt software without abandoning you.
How long does it take?
Depending on the time you’re willing to invest, onboarding takes around 2 weeks on average. However, we’ve also had clients who have finished in as quickly as 9 days, and others who prefer to transition at a slower pace. Regardless, we meet you where you are and can progress as slowly or as quickly as you desire.
