Do I need to know how to code to use Sprwt?

Sprwt is 100% code-free. Our system is set up within minutes and requires no coding skills or design skills. All you need is access to your website hosting provider and we will walk you through the entire onboarding process. You can get your site live and generate sales with just a few click.

How do I add Sprwt to my existing site?

Want to keep your current site and platform but also want Sprwt to manage your meal prep delivery business or catering business? We’ve got two potential solutions.

1. Just plug and play our link and add it on your site.
2. Create a subdomain for your site (ordering.website.com) and point it to our servers on your hosting platform.

Need help? Our IT team can assist you throughout the entire process.

Do you offer a trial?

At this time we do not offer a trial for any of our plans. However, we do sometimes allow for a discount on your 1st months plan to assist with the onboarding process. To learn more about this please schedule a demo and speak with one of our sales agents.

How long does it take to build my site on Sprwt?

Our average client launches in under a week; with the average time from setup to launch in roughly four business days. Need to get your site launched in less time? Awesome! How much does Sprwt cost?

Sprwt has multiple plans designed for every stage of a meal prep business. Looking to start off with all the core reports and an ordering system? Is there a contract?

Absolutely not! We stand behind what we built and if at any time for whatever reason you do not feel like Sprwt is working for you, you can request to cancel your subscription. There are no cancellation fees, no additional paperwork requirements. Just email our support team and cancel your subscription. Please note, we do not offer any refunds at any time.

What are the Stripe Fees?

Sprwt facilitates payments through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. All processing fees, assessments, and related charges are determined by Stripe based on factors such as payment method, transaction details, and account configuration, and are subject to change at any time. Sprwt does not guarantee specific processing rates and is not responsible for changes imposed by Stripe or other payment networks. Additional fees may apply for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or international transactions. What is Sprwt's Processing Fee?

Sprwt applies an application fee of up to 1.5% per transaction for use of the platform. This fee may be absorbed by the business or passed through to the customer, depending on your account configuration and preferences. Fee structures are not one-size-fits-all, and Sprwt may adjust application fees based on factors such as transaction volume, average ticket size, and overall account activity. We are happy to work with each business to determine a structure that best fits their operational needs.

What is the customer service fee?

Sprwt continuously develops new features designed to improve business operations and drive revenue growth. To support ongoing platform development and maintenance, an application fee of up to $1.75 per transaction may be applied to orders. By default we pass this fee through to customers. You also have the ability to add a separate service fee to generate additional revenue, subject to configuration and applicable laws.
